Welcome to Summer Camp in Wheeling. These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, registering for our camp, or making a purchase, you agree to these T&C. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

• Our website and services are intended for parents and legal guardians registering children for our camp.

• You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase or register a child.

• By using our services, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

• Registration for the camp is subject to availability.

• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

• We offer flexible scheduling options, and pricing discounts for multiple weeks or siblings.

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to galanfitness8@gmail.com.

• Refund eligibility is determined based on the timing of the cancellation and our refund policy.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule camp sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, refunds or credits may be offered at our discretion.

• All children and guardians must adhere to our camp rules and policies.

• We reserve the right to remove a child from the camp if their behavior is disruptive, harmful, or in violation of our policies. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

• Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs of their child before attending camp.

• We take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants but cannot be held liable for unforeseen injuries or accidents.

• In case of emergency, we will make every effort to contact parents/guardians. If necessary, emergency medical care will be sought.

• All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

• Any materials created during camp (such as crafts, artwork, or projects) may be used by us for promotional purposes unless a written request to opt-out is submitted.

• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for camp registration.

• We reserve the right to update or modify these T&C at any time.

• Continued use of our website and services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
