Refund Policy

At Summer Camp in Wheeling, we understand that plans can change. While we strive to offer flexibility, our refund policy ensures fairness to all families while maintaining the quality of our programs. Please review the terms below regarding cancellations and refunds.

• Cancellations 14 or more days before the start date: Full refund minus a processing fee.

• Cancellations 7-13 days before the start date: 50% refund.

• Cancellations less than 7 days before the start date: No refund, except in extenuating circumstances.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Non-refundable.

Refunds may be considered for cancellations due to the following reasons, provided that proper documentation is submitted:

• Medical emergency (doctor’s note required).

• Family emergency.

• Relocation out of the area.

• If we cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, low enrollment, or government restrictions), a full refund or credit towards a future session will be offered.

• If a session must be rescheduled and the new dates do not work for you, a full refund will be issued.

• No refunds or credits are provided for missed camp days due to personal scheduling conflicts.

• If a child is removed from the camp due to behavioral issues or violations of camp policies, no refund will be issued.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

• Processing fees for credit card transactions may be deducted if applicable.

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to galanfitness8@gmail.com.

• Include the child's name, registered session dates, and reason for cancellation.

• Requests will be reviewed within 5 business days, and decisions will be communicated via email.
